Many are predicting if this does indeed come about, it will be one of greatest sporting events in Illinois state history.

This has approximently a 1 in 3 chance of coming about at this time.......

More like around 36%. Big difference.

The current market value on them meeting(if not mistaken) is........

Thus, a little better than 33%........

I predict both will win.
