found this site awhile back and its amazing and 100% free to use. Basically you go to the site below and click or search for the site you are going to make a purchase from, whether it be ebay, walmart, target, kmart, home depot, etc. The stores will be listed and with their cash back amount. Simply click the store link next to the cash back amount and you will be directed to the site like normal and you can make your purchases and check out like normal. some stores are 3% back, 5%, etc. ebay is 36% of listing/closing fees back. so if you hit a buy it now on a sellers auction and they paid ebay $10 in fee's you get around $3.45 into your account. A day or two after your purchases, they will show up in your account and how much you are getting back. They pay you once a month via paypal (think you can get a check to your home). but anyways ive been using them for months and saving a ton of money, especially through ebay when doing Christmas shopping.
