Do limits on winnings apply to parlays?

I just asked the book chat guy and he didn't really know. He says the limit for a parlay is $5 unless it's a 10 teamer which you can bet $1 but every other parlay has to be at least $5.

This place only lets you win $100k max a week on parlays but what if a $5 parlays wins you something like $700k? It makes no sense.

Yes ofc winnings limits apply to parlays. They're the entire reason the limits exist.

To be honest though, ther eare other more important things to worry about than hitting these limits.

I agree since it's almost impossible but they should let me parlay for $1 instead of having to throw away $5 on something that has no chance and they wouldn't pay out anyway.
