After trying several times to make a deposit with my visa only to have the processor timeout time and time again I see that twice the amount that I originally wanted to deposit was charged to my card. When i call to have the money refunded (after 5 tries as no one picks up the phone) I am talked over by someone in their credit card department and essentially blamed for not calling them immediately so now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. Way to treat a loyal customer guys. Excellent customer service...I will never do business with them again.

- Grog...A gentleman in the credit card Dept. hung up on me. To be honest I had called him an idiot but that was because he wouldn't let me get a word in and was talking very loud and right on top of me and actually blaming me for their processor errors. It was surreal. I swear it felt like it was 1995 all over again and I was talking to some clown from ESB.
