that's right, next year the Jets will be the best team in football for the 3rd straight year and win the Super Bowl again

Rex is really really good coach to be going into these games with such a QB deficit against HOF QBs with a 2nd year guy and either winning the game or keeping it close always on the road.

However, i wouldn't be surprised if NYJ went 7-9 next year. They really don't do anything that well besides defend the pass. Their running game is solid but their front 7 lacks blue chip players and their QB is questionable.

They went 11-5 this year and probably had more close wins that could've gone either way than any team in the NFL (Browns, Lions, Broncos, Vikings, Houston) all sub .500 teams

Rex Ryan is a Dope....Just shut up and let your team play

Honestly I think hes far far from a dope....

He's beat Brady, Manning and Rivers and almost Roth in the playoffs in the last 2 years (the 4 teams that have dominated the AFC the last decade) with a rookie/2nd year QB ALL on the road.

I don't see how he isn't the best defensive coach in the NFL right now based on those (albiet short-term) credentials.

i love Rex because he put us in the Super Bowl. There is no way we go to N.E. and win because Brady has our number. Thanks again, Rex

Rex Ryan won two Super Bowls in the same season.

In week two, he beat New England 28-14 and beat the Pats again last week.

Maybe there is something called a LETDOWN, Rexy? That's your lesson for this year.

Rex Ryan hates to admit it, but the Jets also aren't very good against physical teams. Pitt had their way for much of that game on offense. And that was without one of their best players (center) on the O-Line.

In my opinion they will not be back next year. They've had too many chances and they've shown that they are still missing something big in order to make it.

I don't see why the Jets won't be better next year assuming Sanchez improves.

NE will fall. Nothing else in that division is that great.

I see them back in the championship game next year.

He makes things interesting. Nothing is more boring than hearing every coach and player sing the praises of all the other teams and players who they are facing. He put it all on the line and backed it up with a pretty damn impressive season. Yea they lost in the afc championship game again, but i would take back to back games with shots to win in the first 2 years of a coaching and qb tenure. Gives everyone something to talk about. But some i guess prefer coaches like Shanahan who talk in circles and constantly lie and deceive.

i do not see new england falling off at all...I think they will improve...

patriots have 2 draft picks in each of the 1st 3 rounds...6 in the top 100....&

i believe...of those 6... they own the 17th, 28th & 33rd pick...

makes 'em a dangerous draft team...can stay put & make those picks...or move up & draft an aj green or julio jones

recent trends,.. have around 5-6 playoff teams missing the playoffs the following year...

I have the jets as one of those teams not back next season...to go along w/seattle & kansas city..
