Does anyone know a person I can talk to regarding a referral bonus?
Long story short
Referred a person, he posted up, played daily, I asked for referral bonus, they said he has to play for 30 days, atleast 3 times/week, so I waited. He then lost it all on the 5th week, I then requested a referral bonus and they denied it because he was no longer playing. Well, duh, he lost it all. They said since he didnt re-deposit he has thus fallen inactive and the referral bonus is denied.
Just trying to get my referral bonus-I dont see how it can be refused if he lost it.
