I say no.

Brett Favre has done so much for that franchise - Brett Favre should start and Rodgers should come in after halftime.

Give the old man a one day contract and let him go out on a high note. LOL

Can you imagine the anger around the football world if this actually happened.

I wonder if there are any GB fans that would actually think this was a good move....

Green Bay wouldn't exist if not for Favre.

He's the best QB ever. He won a Super Bowl for them (in 20 years in the league). He didn't even get paid. He spotted them two wins this year by playing for Minnesota.

He made drama queen an art in the NFL.

... can't the Packers sign him for one day???

Kinda like how he spat in the face of the league and dissed the integrity of the game by letting Strahan sack him?

too bad favre isn't the starting qb on green bay.
it could then be the suberbowl featuring quarterbacks, one who sends out pictures of his junk to women,
the other who rapes women.

I say give Favre one snap in the third, then give Starr one snap in the fourth.

Brilliant piece of satire here Cincy.

He voluntarily laid down and gave Michael Strahan a sack, so that Strahan could get the sinagle season sack record.

Of all of Favre's achievments, that was something that nobody in ANY sport has done ...

I haven't seen a pitcher give up a home run ... a batter give a pitcher a strike out ... a goalie in hockey give a player a goal ... a cornerback voluntarily give a WR a catch ... a player get a free basket ... it has never happened in ANY sport, has it?

Except by Brett Favre ... that is why he is the greatest and Rodgers shouldn't start the Super Bowl.

Favre is better than Montana, Manning or Brady?

Bart Starr did more for the franchise than Brett Favre and Starr shouldn't start either.

Actually Denny McLain did allow Mickey Mantle to hit his 535th HR and pass Jimmie Foxx on his last ab ever in Detroit. The catcher told Mantle the pitch and McLain grooved it. It was a tribute to Mantle from Denny.
