Since I am no longer going to use Sportbet.com after my recent incident I am in the market for a new book.

Any suggestions?

They need to be Visa Depositable and Baseball dime lines.

I'd say betjamaica but they don't take credit cards last time I checked. They have dimelines for baseball.
Sportsbook.com usually accepts cards but the dime lines stop at -150 I believe
Also you might try betonline I think they have dimelines in bases and can take cards
