Thinking of buying the package. I"m 37, with scoliosis, and could shed atleast 20lbs. (5'9, 190ish)

I know this may not be the most qualifying demographic of suspects but I figure we've got a pretty diverse group of guys here. After seeing the results on TV and on the web it seem undeniable.

But I'm wondering if there are any "real life" results here that can speak on it?

iit was really hard for me. i might attempt it again in the summer, but i first need to get in some sort of decent shape

i download it online and saw watched the chest and back part 1st.... there is this push up call "diamond push up" or something.... I can't go down as low as they want you too... I think you have to be fit first before you can try this p90x..... i am just going to stick with free weights @ the gym.

Yeah I did it. Did a day and couldn't take a dump without severe pain for six weeks.

why are these opinions on the rx any more relavent then the opoinion's you can get from people on youtube that have already have done it? most of the guy's on here are 55 or older....:):)....jk...i have not done it myself, yet.....my wife and i have just talked about it and we r going to give it a try....i have been in pretty good shape most of my life. a proper diet is huge and ALOT easier than most realize. incorporating some weight resistent excercise and some light cardio will do wonder's..i have a guy i play sfotball with. him and his wife did it after she had her THIRD kid. he already looked pretty good as it was and didn't work at it as hard as his wife. she, on the other hand, looked smokin hot....everybody was like, damn..:smoking:....she is 27 and was even having other women asking her, when she didn't have her kids' w her, if she was a senior in highschool....lmao..she look's a lil more like 20-22.....but anyway's, JUST DO IT! you have nothing to lose and everything to gain....just don't try to over do it when you first start. little hint for recovery, make your OWN protien shake's....:pimp:

It works great. Been through it twice, and am now starting the P90X/Insanity hybrid program.

No doubt its tough, and it will take discipline. You will get good results with the routines, but great results start in the kitchen, not the gym.

If you've been a borderline couch potato for a while it'll work if you stick to it, if you're a regular at the gym, it may help your cardio level but you're not gonna see the type of muscle gains they talk about on the ads. The diet they attatch to it is actually very good and alone will get you positive results.

I lose way too much muscle mass from this type of program, but if you just want to get a little leaner and more fit...I think it would work fairly well.
