STATE OF THE RX
Anyone who is winning needs to be taxed 70% and that distributed to all the poor folk who are getting wiped. However, most of that 70% wont make it to the poor folk because of waste and red tape. I propose to continue to throw more money at it though so those poor, lazy folk who cant cap a game to save their life can feed their 1600 children they decided to have out of wedlock to 3000 different daddies.
