Have gotten great advice in this forum couple times last 5 years regarding tech help and am going to the well again.

My Pioneer car XM radio(7 years old) is acting up. Right now it only plays a CD from the beginning and only the manual volume knob working. When car restarts the CD starts from track one agian...no memory. The display is lit when CD playing. None of the buttons work so I can not do anything else. The remote control is useless.

I disconnected the car battery to reset the satellite tuner and no fix.

Is there any other troubleshooting to be tried?

Any help appreciated.

Thx

I did not see any fuses with the tuner (5"x8.5"x1").

Or do you mean the back of the unit that has cd player and that faceplate attaches to?
