Is BetOnline EVER going to upgrade their software?

I've tried to lose my money there into 5dimes and ended up doing the opposite. Now I've got money stuck in a book I can't even log in to because their software is down more often than it isn't.

i like betonline personally and will play with them in the future, but I do agree software isnt good at all and they seriously need to hire someone to fix it.. they are losing clients solely because of this ...(not to mention their discontinuation of the loyalty pts program :/ )

The absolute funniest thing about all this is the problem was never resolved.. lol,, and there was a huge stinky thread... How much bad press does it take for a book to change some software? Apparently this book don't feel like this is much of an issue?

There Will be a New platform coming later this year.....
