Can you win betting strictly betting MONEY LINES?

I seem to do ok betting them, spreads always get me. half point here, half point there, etc....

hockey, baseball money lines

but of course you can win with just ML. i like ML parlays up to 3 teams.. for example today i have a UT ST, BYU, Cuse ML going.. and its looking at around even money

Yes.

Baseball, Hockey, Soccer, and Tennis are probably 4 of the 5 easiest sports to win at (NFL being the other one).

Did nothing but fish for half points in CBB, CFB, and NBA using Pinny dynamics in addition to bet RL's (99% +1.5's) in MLB and just couldn't win in those fields.

Tracked about 1000 of my picks in those sports and realized that's where I was giving a good chunk of my profit back.

Seen so many idiots do it in vegas. People would do 2 team parlay of say Miami Heat and Kansas vs anyone and they would lay $50K to win $5K and eventually, they would get drilled.
