Need Help: Was my prop bet wager graded correctly?

Didn't I hear Joe Buck refer to Ben Roethlisberger as Big Ben in the 1st half last night? I had a prop bet saying, yes, but 5dimes is grading that wager as a loss. I contacted them and they said it was spoken during the 2nd half.

If anyone knows for sure could you let me know please?

that is why i didnt make that wager, because of this situation. How do you prove it either way. I had two wagers with kuhn graded as losers, and another which was a winner was canceled. Seems like they do whatever they want.

That why some of the props are tough to bet, seems to be arguments on both sides of a bet at times and the books have the last say and you know how it can end up

5Dimes can be a bit shady on stuff like this, but it is certainly hard to grade weird props, not like you can just to ESPN and get this info.

Maybe they just grade them all as losers and pay off the winners that catch it ?

5D is my favorite book , but be careful with weird shit.

5Dimes is the only book that graded over 1:54 minutes for the national anthem as a loser.
