BETPHOENIX is this normal now?

I just requested a 9000 withdrawal from my acct. They said i can only do 4000 every 7 business days! Also then she tells me it is a 50 dollar fee and that it will take 7-10 days to process! So i will get my money in 13-20 days. Then she says i cant withdraw another 4000 untill my money is cleared out of my acct. I said what do you mean, she says it will take 6 to 9 days to process and move money, once that happends u start the 7 day wait to get the next 4000 out!!!!! and it is 50 dollars every time u withdraw money and so its going to cost me 100 dollars to take out 9k and will take 3-4 weeks! wow is this what it has come to with books now or is this just BETPHOENIX? Not impressed and will be switching books i guess ...........

Yeah there was a guy posted once how he put in 10k got the bonus and quickly got to 20k and they cut his limit to $50.

He calls ask how the hell is he suppose to roll over 10k on $50 bets.

So Richard waived the roll over and then he was told 2500 withdraw at a time and $50 fee each and every time.

Had you only read this story before you probably would have deposited less.

Hell he really only wants his own money back.

Lesson learned is do not send them thousands of dollars just hundreds of dollars I guess.

This book is having a PR crisis of late or so it seems.

Been that way forever and well documented around the forums. Read and do your research, nobody's fault but your own you didn't know what you were getting into.

its clearly stated they take 8-14 Business days to process withdrawals BY CHECK... u can get moneygrams up to 950 within 24 hrs.. and they DO bank wires (which is what I suggest) in less than 5 days.

They need to change this.

It takes at least 14 days to recieve a check from the time of request...... 14-17 days

add to that the 3 to 4 business days it says for check to arrive and u get 10-14 days business which is pretty much what i said..

in any case.. forget worrying about how long it will take to get your money.. talk to the man in charge and he can answer a lot more than us bud.. jus saying.
imo CALL RICHARD and he will work out a special case for u. email him if need be too.

i opened back up at BP last week and smooth so far. i am a 50-100 a game player though so i dont have 10k in there. i would have went to the greek if i was dealing with large sums
