Quick Story about bet phoenix ....there has been so many ........

Wednesday before Thanksgiving , my local has company ( I am sure you understand ) And closes for a few days
So Thanksgiving morning I am in a tough spot .....cant make a deposit ....cant go to western union .....cant bet Thanksgiving ?????.........WTF .....?

I call Richard ( happens to be a class act ) .....give him a rundown ......( keep in mind this is 1 hour before kick ) and he tells me " Doug I got you covered " . So I get on a small hot winning streak ending w/ GB in the S/B .
Call Tuesday to get paid .........they tell me 72 hours ( not the best news payout rules but i knew that going in ).
Long Story Short this AM get a msg you money awaits ( I had to pick up the fees not crazy about that either ) .
So I guess the moral of the story is ........BP is what it advertises ....read the rules .

IMO 72 hours not great but its his rules .........having a out were you can speak to a manager ...priceless .....................

it is what it is there ..................not the best w/ payouts ......but great bonus and customer service ............quick ad on he tossed in the 3 team free 50 buck parlay they offed for Thanksgiving .

payouts might not be quick but their customer service is on par with betjamaicas reputation for top tier CS

i was in a pinch in vegas 7 years ago or so, back when he was with betroyal. i needed some cash, he sent it to vegas for me, helluva a guy. didnt have to, but he did.

ive been giving him business ever since.

your local closed down for thanksgiving???? im canadian and get great business on thanksgiving and now with everything done online open 24/7....days of rushing to post lines have been over for a long time....

what do you get from these sites that a local doesn't provide? its seems to be all negative from deposits to withdrawals waiting weeks sometimes etc etc

Richard is one of the best and a class act.

I had a problem way back with a check that bounced with Royal many years ago, and he got the money to me right away through another method.

For those who complain about payouts taking too long, you just have to understand that it's tougher nowadays for books to get payments out. Not because of financial problems, but because of all of the obstacles the things they have to go around now. Also all books don't use the same processing companies, so some don't have the luxury of finding or dealing with those which may be faster than others.

The bottom line is that books are still finding ways and making it work for everyone, regardless, and that's a good thing.... :103631605

I agree murph... in this day sadly 72hrs is like what is was back in the day when you got paid thru neteller in 5 mins..... sad times we were all used to instant payouts

make no mistake about it.. i bet with them as well and accept their payout policy being 8-14 biz days.. BUT i do think it is sub par ...nonetheless I love their customer service and like to be able to chat with someone in live chat 24/7 and also talk to rich on phone or through email.. imo that IS what has made them a very solid book.

they will be around for a long time is my guess.. if they ever get the payout issues fixed they could surpass some sliding books in the AtoB range.

8-14 days isn't bad that'a about how long it took for me to get my tax refund, although I wouldn't want to be paying a fee to get it that slow.

oh sure .. I never complain.. I love betphoenix.. i like the bonus when i want to take it and I like -105 lines when I want that.. and the customer service is top notch as it can get.. I like having a "knowing" relationship with the chat reps and phone answerers and with richard.. it feels like the book knows u besides ur p52## number LOL
