Matchbook to exit usa market

Have seen this posted around the net, matchbook will announce withdrawal from the us market. If true what market exactly would that leave them? :think2:

i dont think matchbook ever catered to the international market, only carry usa sports for the most part. Plenty of exchanges available with far more liquidity to the euro/Asian market.

the only significant financial reason for them to leave at this time the lucrative
US market would be that they are hoping to make this a publicly traded
company rather than being held privately. for this to work, they must be planning
on gaining significant marketshare by competing with and becoming the
equal of betfair. the rumours of them exiting the US market are much more
solid than rumours.

sources are very reliable, otherwise i would never post anything, but still no official statement.

other than going public maybe threats from US justice?

The bottom line question is why would they leave the most lucrative market?
