The security crap that comes up that companies put on computers? So i can watch YouTube and other things that are blocked? I could have sworn someone provided me with a link that you put in the address and then pull up whatever you want. I think it was TTinCo (forgot how its spelled exactly)....cant remember. Anyhow that would be great.

You could load Ubuntu Linux onto a LiveCD and insert that into your computer. Restart the computer and when you hit the logo screen where is asks you to hit F12 (or whatever) for set up, mash it. You are now in your computer's BIOS set up, set it to first boot from your CD/DVD drive and viola! no annoying filters.
It won't work if they are doing it at the server level though. Then you need to use a proxy (as Murph said).
