That's the only one that looks somewhat useful to me ( for the right person). Somebody that has to fumble around a lot doing computer work and printing shvt on the fly.....maybe a realtor or refrigerator repairman or something ?

I 'd custom make my passenger seat "desk" out of wood personally, for a lot less ! I can sort of see this in a van used for appliance repair, where you have no passengers, and paperwork, computerwork , etc. to do. But lets make it custom to the van. If you can fix appliances, you can turn your turn your passenger seat into a flat mobile desktop, too ! Really all you'd need is an old pillow or two on the seat to level it out, and a piece of plywood cut to size to fit on top of it for $20 tops....and it would be better.
