seems like if you think you are a good heads up player , it wouldnt be that hard to end up + 1 or 2 wins per day playing $ 100 heads ups.

i have played a decent amount of heads up games and its shocking how the hands are set up sometimes.. doesnt seem like the random card generator is all that random.

WNO, wild swings in head to head...I think its possible to come out ahead but online these days is kinda sharky/rocky at those limits which makes it very tough esp on head to head

Hey fellas,
Just curious do they have a place where you can learn and play the game on the net?

at least you dont have to worry about collusion when playing heads up . other than the site wanting to get the game over with (with jacked up hands) , so you sign up for another one.

heads up limit poker face to face is a very strong test of one's abilities
and discipline. a strong heads up player will consistently dominate
a weaker player over time. i can't speak for no limit heads up, but
many of the same factors are just as important, however due
to effect of huge pots and getting lucky at the right time; the
equity for for the stronger player should be higher, but the
standard deviation should increase. it's the typical positive equity
standard of the greater the fluctuation, the greater the rewards in the
long run. i had some experiences online too. initially the heads up
tables were very soft, however today there are very few fish and
almost everyone playing heads up at decent stakes is either highly
competent or much better. not the ideal spot to gamble.
hope this helps.

online i dont seem to have much of an edge unless i have a big chip advantage

on the contrary, live poker, i have an unbelievable successful reading hands rate, no joke, no kidding, i have told my opponent exactly what he has and folding more than 3 or 4 times in the same match

i know because they get so freaked they just show

I play much better with a group of people. Seems like I always end up being in the last few people in tourneys and then I get beat up fast.

I would think that playing heads up cash games would be a tough nut to crack.

I have very limited experience with this.
I play mostly cash games now.
