Hey Guys -
I am 28, getting married this summer and we are trying to plan a honeymoon.
We went to Jamaica/Cancun the last 2 years, so those are really the only places we are ruling out.

We have been looking at the Dominican, Riviera Maya, St. Lucia, Hawaii, etc...

We want to relax, but also have a chance to do 1-2 excursion-type things.

Anyone have any cool suggestions for tropical getaways?

If money is not a problem I would suggest visiting Hawaii. My second favorite vacation spot is Aruba (also not cheap but less than Hawaii and easier to get to from the east coast).

If you choose Aruba take a look at the Hyatt property there, very nice. http://www.aruba.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp

I have been there 5 times.

If you do Hawaii for relaxation, get off of Oahu. Do Maui, the big island or Kuai instead. All are very good.

Can't lose with a cruise.

Agree with a Cruise... as most know, I go on one Just about Every Year.

Already Booked my Cruise for Next year......

wasn't going on one this year, but I think that's going to change. As I find a Great deal for the end of March. and my 10th Wedding anniversary is coming up.

Betall, those pics make me sick. Beautiful!!!

Yeah, I Love Bonaire !
It where they train World Champion Windsurfers

The people are great there... Beaches are Beautiful ... and you can walk out far in the water because it is surrounded by coral reef.

Some of the Best Scuba in World, and Very laid back place.

I've been there 3 times out of the last 5 years. Should be back there again, next year.
