Drug Testing

I imagine a lot of places have drug screening now.... For those of you that do, I have a couple of questions...

Is it usually handled in house with your employer or with a 3rd party?
If it is outsourced to a 3rd party, is it usually done at your workplace or do you go to their facility?

Employers, if you drug test your applicants or employees, what does it cost you to get the test done?

I've taken four drug tests for different jobs in the past year. Everyone of them had third party testing. You get an email to give you access to a website usually, where you print off a ticket, take it to the third party during the allotted time. Two of them gave me different options for locations, one was at a fucking Walmart.
No, I didn't quit of get fired, I have alot of part time gigs right now.

Same for me. Outsourced, 3rd party testing. Go into a bathroom, pee in the cup and hand it off.

Depends what kind of place.If it is a factory type of job with an in house nurse or a temp service,they usually still do it there except when someone gets hurt and goes to the hostpital,in that case it is usually done by an outside source.Most other places out source to places like Primecare.A lot of places now have a little machine that they put the sample in and it is read by a computer that transmits the results to the employer.
