Did I get Screwed By This Book??

I won a $60 freeplay at another from playing a poker freeroll. I rolled it over more than what I thought was the required number of times. I thought it was a 5 time rollover and I rolled it over almost 8 times to $537. I requested a $400 withdrawal and I got a reply saying my withdrawal was cancelled due to the fact I needed to roll it over to the tune of $2,800 more dollars...a FIFTY time rollover. I replied to the email twice asking if this was correct and that i was pretty sure it was a five time rollover not 50...and got no replies. I thought maybe I was mistaken about the five time rollover so tried to make the $2800. I got it up to over $1000 at one point but couldn't make the rollover and lost my money.

Did I get screwed?? I know I should have called the book but I hate calling these books. Most of the clerks are hard to understand and connections seem shitty at best. I contacted the MOD at the other forum and he contacted the book. t was supposed to be a 5 time rollover not fifty and I should have gotten my money on Friday when I requested my withdrawal. I feel they owe me $400 but I know I stand no chance of seeing this money.

I got pissed yesterday thinking about this and contacted the book via live chat....

I wouldnt say you are screwed. I would say you should have been patient and not wagered another dime till it was clarified. You went to eog and got the answer, but you jumped the gun.

Happen to disagree with you on this one. He requested a payout and bookmaker notified him that he had not met the rollover (and they admitted they were wrong about that). I think they "clarified it" in the email even though they were wrong. I think they owe him $400.

Do you have to play it all in the casino? I know books that have just put casino freeplays in my account. I asked what it was for they said the casino with an 80x rollover. I had a good laugh at that.

I was thinking the same thing, if he was just playing in the casino the 50x rollover makes sense. The 5x rollover is if you bet sides/totals in the sportsbook. You shouldn't of made any bets until you got a clear answer from them, I think your money is gone after you zeroed out your account.

i kind of think your shit out of luck. I mean once they told you had 2800 in roll over to still reach you didnt stop betting and talk to all the managers and work this out, you went on tilt betting and lost it all. Now they did admit they fucked up, but also nobody forced you to bet. When you went on tilt if you turned that $400 or whatever into $4k on a hot run would you be ok with them being like, actually you were able to cash out, so were only giving you the $400 you had in your account as opposed to the 4k you ran it up to.

that's what I am thinking but it is worth a shot. Especially since I replied to the email denying my withdrawal 3 times and never got a reply...a phone call is the vest but they didn't call me to deny my withdrawal so a email in return should be as good...no??

We will see what happens
