Machete was entertaining, and I enjoyed all of the cameo appearances by some big name stars. But it's not as good of a movie as The Town.

I think there's another thread on this, because I remember writing this once already: robert rodriguez is tired. I don't care how little it costs him to make a film, his goofy/campy style is so played out at this point. He hasn't adapted one bit over time. Machete was similar to the a-team film, in that its not trying to hide what it is - but an honest bad film is still a bad film. Just my two cents.

It was certainly entertaining. The trailer at the end was pretty good:

I watched Machete last night. It was a great movie for what it is. Lots of killings ... tits

and ass. I hated The Town. Ben Afleck is a total tool. He totally gets on my nerves just looking at his long face.

the town was great. better then inception which was overrated imo.

machete is good for what it is. blood, guts and gore. t & a.

im going to watch the social network this weekend.

dont have facebook, will never get it, but heard the movie is great and it interests me.
