which books lead the industry in customer service and why?

obviously we all know that betjam is one of the leaders, but which other books do well? what makes them succeed?

When they speak good English is a plus. Next i would say just doing what should be done. i.e. Depositing the money into account fast with bonus if applicable No hassle withdrawls.

i like how betphoenix and skybook there is a customer service rep in live chat 24/7 and they are quite helpful when each person has their own account manager.

There are lots of good ones. The last one I dealt with was BetOnline and they answered all my questions with the quickness. I've had other books that put me on hold (even in the live chat) for 5-10 minutes. These guys were on the ball.

For the new kid on the block, BETREVOLUTION is one of the best. The guide you through all deposits until everything is OK! They're OK in my book!

But without a doubt, Caribsports is one of the best. You can send them a Memo and they answer almost immediately. They speak good english and are without a doubt one of the best.

BET365 is a bomb when it comes to CS. They are govt regulated book in the UK which unfortunately USA players cant play, Betfair is great as well.

Just talking CS, because their lines are tight, juice is high, but for CS, DSI is tremendous.
Polite, courteous, for the most part knows what they are doing, never had a dispute not go unsettled before hanging up.
