Going to Vegas for March Madness. Is there any way to make seat reservations at any of the sportsbooks?

Did the trip one other time for the first round. 8 of us were there for 5 days and every single one of us got sick. We slept 3 hours a night and were in the book by 6am to get a seat. It completely wiped us out. Hoping to sleep in and not go to the books till tipoff each day.

Plenty of seating at South Point, they open up the big ballroom on the 2nd floor, u can sleep in and still get good seating.
They big round tables that seats 10 to 12 a good time there.
