Bochy said his pitchers in the first game will be Lincecum, Madison Bumgarner, Casey Daigle and Javier Lopez. Joe Saunders will start for Arizona, with prospect Wade Miley among the D-backs' scheduled relievers.
His work at AA last year was very good for that level. He was considered one of the most ready college pitchers when he was taken. Not a high shelf but he should toss a few solid innings.
