Is there more than 1 person playing per dealer?

a) if no, then why does the clock still go after i've confirmed my bet or after I click my action....shouldn't they just proceed?

b) if yes, then what happens if i get a 13 and I wanna hit while player 2 wants to stand?

The answer is yes... there are times when you'll stand and another card is shown because another player wanted to hit. Doesn't affect your hand at all though obviously.

but that does affect the dealer outcome......

i know in real bj 3rd base changes the dealer's card but this is a little different since we are sharing hands.

i think it just might be weird to see me stand and then if another card came my way to bust me, i'm still alive....
