I wish. I weight about 200 lbs, 6'1" though so I wear it well. But my chest is definitely the weakest part of my body....I really need to start getting back to working out.
I'd be in the gym right now if I couldn't press my own weight at least a dozen times. bone density is one of the prime indicators of lifespan. more muscle, more bone density.
I know the proper mechanics of the bench press, I have a degree in exercise science. Even using the proper technique puts a lot of strain on the rotator cuff muscles.
