I have read over the past few months posters taking weeks and month at some times to get paid.

They paid me $360 in 3 days via WU. But I am waiting on a check payout, requested it over 10 days ago and here the money still sits in my account.

EAch time I ask about it, I get the same answer, first it was 5-7 days to process, now it is 7-10 days, or accounting is closed. So it takes 10+ days for someone to push a few buttons on the key board and take the money out of the account? AFter they take it out, it's another 14 days before you recieve it.

I understand them wanting players to lose it back, but that is a shady operation if it is a continued practice.

When I get my money, I won't be back. I have played there for 3+ years

From the time you request a payout, expect it to take 12-17 days to arrive............this is normal.

If you requested the check 10-11 days ago, chances are very good it will arrive by this coming Friday.

Fish, I think it was requested longer ago, I can't remember. But leaving the money in the account is ridiculous.

If you do WU, they want to charge an arm and leg.

i've received 3 payouts in the last 2 months roughly... 1 max check which took roughly 10 business days to receive... and a 2nd check that bp asked to send via wu which then had to be broken down into 2 payments but they picked up the fees and it was paid within 48 hours i'm pretty sure.

I agree, they have strange payout policies, one of which is leaving the funds in one's account for up to 10 days after requesting a payout.

Keep us posted, and as stated, chances are favorable your check will arrive by Friday(if you indeed requested the payout 11+ days ago).

Was this a free payout request BigBet?

Free withdrawals vial check aren't processed as quickly as other methods.
But if you shoot me your account # via private message I'll check it out for you.

Overall moving money takes a little bit longer these days.
Yes, some are a little quicker, but keep in mind all books don't are aren't able to use the same processors and options to get that money in and out as others.

The important thing is even though transactions take a little longer than what all were used to, they continue to find ways to make it work for everyone...

Thanks Hach.

I will give it a few more days. It's sorta of a warning to all players in a way. Something isn't right over there, all the signs are on the wall it seems.....dunno, hope i'm wrong

There was no reason for anyone to sign up at this book. Stay with the longtime successful books and you will be fine. I've been offshore for over 12 years and other then a small payout issue with WSEX never a problem. A shop can not be successful giving huge bonuses away like Bet Phoenix does. When I see big bonuses I run the other way.

Money problems, no. They always pay in the amount of time they say they will.

Processing problems? Sure.

I still think they're a must-have out for their reduced juice. They get talked about more than anybody on the forums because of their rules, but I still think they're a solid B/B+ book.

Following the Superbowl, I can attest that a number of books are running behind in their normal number of days to process payouts. It is not that they are in anyway in financial difficulty but more in the amount of time to use their various processors. The demand on requests for withdrawls during the week on 2/7/11 was extremely high following the Superbowl as both winners and losers requested massive withdrawls and many books are still catching up. I just received two payouts on 3/3/11 that were requested on 2/7/11 and 2/11/11. I never doubted I would be paid and discussed it with many supervisors of various books that all indicated they had a back log of processing payouts. They have a dollar limit each day that they must stay under in order to not draw attention to themselves.

Hang in there. You will receive your payouts. They very much want to get the money into your hands hoping that you will deposit for the upcoming March Madness.

As for the cost of the Western Union payout to be received quickly, it is high just as when you deposit using the same method.
