i would definitely reverse that mike miller signing but if we are just speaking about the big 3, i would of let wade go and kept bosh and lebron together. Maybe use the cap room for another big name in the future. I am kind of stubborn in thinking Lebron and Wade still can't successfully co-exist for a long period of time.
Plus Wade has a lot of baggage/mileage on him already and is injury-prone, a few more positives to dish him out when he was a hot item.

If they were to do it differently I think they'd focus more on the supporting cast, and specifically having true, successful, veteran role players. They don't have guys who are familiar with winning big games, and honestly, it shows - their frustration is too evident, and it comes from their 3 stars! They're 0-whatever against: Spurs, Mavs, Chicago, and the C 's... every one of those teams but the Bulls have veteran, mentally tough players, who can take bad shots, bad quarters, bad halves and bad games - but maintain their competitive advantage. And the Bulls play like they're veterans.
