In East it's Boston, Chicago, Orlando then Philly. They are better than the Heat right now and would win a seven game series against them. They are also better than New York and Atlanta. The Sixers are playing something like .635 ball since their 3-13 start.

In the West I say only SA, Dallas and Lakers are better. If the Sixers beat Okla tonight like I think they will I really believe they would beat them along with Portland and Denver in a seven game series. The Sixers have been pounding the bad teams.
They don't have superstar player but they have the deepest bench in the league. Everyone is contributing and Collins has them playing defense. I think they pass New York and meet Miami in first round. The Heat do not want to play them. Actually right now the Heat don't want to play anybody.

The Sixers have suffered due to lousy coaching. They actually have some real quality players on the team. Right now they are big man away from being a contender. They have an abundance of tradeable players. Unfortunately they are six million over the cap so they would have to free over $20 million to make room for big time player. I don't know if they can move Iggy's salary of $15 million a year. He certainly is now playing up to his potential. If he made a few million year less there would be several teams who would trade for him.

As a Sixer fan I'll take what they're doing and they're certainly buying into the system. Still a young and raw team though.

The Sixers have been playing very good ball for a long time now. They have the best bench in the NBA, play good defense and are very unselfish on offense with 6 guys averaging in double figures. Doug Collins is an outstanding coach and has done a great job turning this team into a playoff contender. As far as beating Miami in a 7 game series I don't think they're quite at that level just yet. They'll make the playoffs and maybe even win the 1st round but anything more than that would be a miracle IMO

Lost to Oklahoma City at home, so can't see them being the eighth best. Top four in both East and West have to make up the top eight. Then ninth through 14th are all about the same, guess Sixers could be considered the best of those. I did buy in for them at 500-1 so I definitely would like to see them win that first round even though they'll be heavy underdogs no matter which team they end up against

no chance man......... no chance.... in the east in no order... boston, chi, miami, orlando, knicks, hawks, sixers. that is 7th best in the CONFERENCE.... lakers, spurs, mavs, thunder better in the west.. put them at 12-14th best in the league and maybe we can agree.. you are on some type of wild crack if you think the sixers are better than the knicks or heat... on CRACk.. please please put the knicks in a 7 game series with the sixers somehow, i would love to bump this post up

They had a 5pt lead on the Thunder late and it took a 3pt shot by Durant with 6.9 seconds left to tie game. When the Heat show they can beat teams playing at .500 or better then tell me how they will win series. Will see how far the Sixers have come when they play Boston on Friday off the Thunder loss.
