If Capuano and Young return to form and stay healthy, how good will the Mets be this year?

Both guys are excellent pitchers when healthy, but both have missed lots of time over the last 3 or 4 MLB seasons. If they stay healthy they'll probably post sub-4.00 ERAs. What do you think the Mets do if they do in fact stay healthy and return to form?

naturally, if they both stay healthy and return to form the mets will be better. but that's an awfully big if. return to form of three yrs ago is a big stretch. although that would be a nice quinella. they brought in alderson to clean up a big mess. the next few yrs, it'll be like the wisconsin governor is the met gm.
