what are the parents suing for? The fact that their son was being a prick and the other guy decided to kick his ass. He let the other guy punch him three times. At some point you have to be able to defend yourself.

I would love to hear the parents defending their kid.

he took a pretty good punch and didnt flinch...

i'm glad he fought back , but he could have done some serious damage with that body slam... if i am that kids dad , i would have been a little happier if he just would have drilled him a few times in the jaw...

that slam was scary...

If someone walks up to u unprovoked and punches u in the face they deserve to walk with a limp - plus, the kid punches him in the face twice and did nothing - u can see he is passive and does not want to fight

easy to say ... he brain damages the kid and you got a legal battle on your hands for a long time...

believe me , the little a-hole deserved a beat down.. but i'd say a couple of pops to his nose and its over.. aint no judge in the world gonna side with the little kid if its just a fist fight.. a body slam on concrete , i'm not so sure.

if this kid is guilty than the law system has failed the world. poor guy stands there, takes a punch straight into his face, defends himself from like 3-4 punches, gets punched in the gut, then defends himself and gets the other kid in a headlock, and i still believe he wouldnt have done anything if that little bitch didnt continue trying to fight. the parents kids who are suing should be ashamed of themselves, what else would you expect from parents who raise a little prick like that but to sue a kid thats defending himself.
