Butler is an 8 seed. I love Butler tho. They got a real good shot to win it all. Dont think VCU will be able to match up with Mack and Howard

these big schools should be ashamed.

vcu finished 4th in their conference and ever since every talking head in America dogged them theyve been on a tear.......almost makes you wonder too if the powers that be want VCU to do this to justify their selection into the tournament. Inquiring minds want to know.......lol.

Seriously VCU has been on a tear and every team theyve played other than FSU has taken them from granted and they were trounced!

Personally I thought Kansas along with the Big 12 was a little overrated this year. Still my hat is off to VCU. But Butler has made me a believer.

actually, its the 3rd time. Just happened in 2006 when George Mason made a run. That year there was a 2,3,4 and 11. Also in 1980, the year following the Bird/Magic game there were no #1s in. 2,5,6 and 8 that year.

But if Kentucky wins, it will be the first time neither a 1 or 2 seed were in the final four...

Yea-supposedly if you had bet 10 bucks on VCU ML and let it ride ML everygame you would have finished with about 10k-it could have been more. Was close to betting 30 bucks ml lastnight but backed out.
