Lisa Manning and children – Ellie, 11, and Jaydon, six – claim there have been a host of unexplainable events since they moved into their rented property six months ago.
In the short clip a wardrobe door is mysteriously seen to open before a pink chair slowly edges along the floor, all of which occurs whilst the room is seemingly empty.
Ms Manning shot the film after setting up hidden cameras throughout the family home. The amateur nature of the footage has prompted calls that the video is a hoax.
