Ok, I am really getting fustrated trying to keep this Hardwood floors clean.

We have a "great" room all has this same laminate hardwood flooring. In this area is 7 windows. The natural light is great but shows how dirty the hardwoods are. I have to sweep every other days, and mop at 2-3 times a week.

I miss carpet! So much easier to keep it looking nice on a daily basis.

Hoping yall could give me some tips on what to use to clean it, and ways to keep it clean

I don't like swiffer's because it can be sticky. I am now just using a broom to sweep, and this stuff called "Bruce" to mop and shine the floors. This was recommended to me by the lowes people, but it doesn't really shine after it dries, and creates dirt lines from the mopping.

Just pulled up the website and low and behold they show a dog slipping and sliding..............

Do you just use a swifter and steamer to clean?

Also, do you apply in type of conditioner?

Thanks in advance

We use one of those steamer mops. Not sure what it is called. It has several covers you can take off and wash...just plug it in and run it over the floor with a clean cover...it will dry itself naturally and then all you have to do is launder the cover.
