Someone please help!!! book advice

i placed a bet on the dodgers last night for 1 unit.. the bet never went through whether on my end or their end the bet wasnt in, i won the bet, i called today to ask what they can do and if they can fix it......they said for asking this question they no longer want my business and they are making me pay a FEE to get my money back when i can get FREE PAYOUTS.... so now as i posted in another thread i lost a lot of money this past week and this is my last money to my name.. and now they are making me pay a fee to get it out, they closed my account, they are being very very rude on the phone and wont talk to me.... can someone help me please?

i have no idea what it is... i am calling them now and either they reopen my account or send me my money without fees... i had enough of this book. i will not reveal the name of the book because i am not messing with over 3g in my account that this book can easily take....

2 months....... i was with another book for awhile and i never had a problem with them except they wouldnt block my casino ...this site did and i really enjoyed it, till i ask one question and then this happens
