Because Brett Myers is really good and constantly undervalued by sportsbooks, and Roy Halladay's pitch count got too high and they had to turn it over to their terrible middle relievers. That's how. Just hope Myers goes the distance now to keep this game under.

Last year Houston beat them every game in Philly. Knew I should of laid off this game, thank god it was in a parlay.

As a former junior college assistant & varsity level high school baseball coach, I remind everyone that the beauty of baseball....you will lose 55 games no matter how good your team is & win 55 games no matter how bad you are. Baseball is the ONE sport - more than any other - where the "on any given day" cliche rings true!!! Always remember that when you see that next sure bet on an MLB team...

As a former baseball player, I couldn't have said it any better myself

BTW, still two innings left. Anything can still happen - just like the Reds game yesterday

I went with the under as well knowing it would be a pitching duel. Halladay had 6 K's in what 6 innings? Keep an eye for under plays when Halladay or Lee pitches against an opposing left hand Aces. Lefty's killed the Phillies last year.
