Mondo - You'll see a decent amount of movement on college football saturday, and if you have your plays early enough in the week for NFL that gets a good amount of changes as well (though not as much on a Sunday). The key here, from what I've seen, is that in the past 5D was trying to match the moves at Matchbook - so if you monitored there you'll see when to take advantage. In games that flip-flop often, say a game that's close to even in baseball you can really, really get a lot more money down than you would expect. You'll dollar cost average into a better play than their regular lines.
