Floyd has been roughed up by the KC bats over his career and Hochevar is the best arm in the KC staff. Like the Royals to take this one at home.
New York Mets (+170) vs. Phillies
Bet $100 to win $170
Plain and simple... Cole Hamels is 2-8 lifetime against the Mets in his career and the best candidate in the Phillies staff to pitch below his potential this year IMO. I'll be fading his starts early and often.
Atlanta vs. Milwaukee UNDER 8.5 Runs
Bet $110 to win $100
Gallardo will be sharp and focused to try and bring the Brew Crew their first victory while D. Lowe brings his sub 3.5 career ERA against the Brewers to the table on the other side. Neither squad was produced very many runs all year save for one 11 run outburst by the Braves at the hands of the gas can Nationals.
