Thanks Metfan Hope it cashes! Thats a tough question. Obviously the rays O is non-existent soo far this year...Just looking at the pitchers i would def say under, BUT Nieman has been awful against the Angels and has a carrer 9.38 ERA against em. On the other hand, Weaver has been dominant against the Rays. I think the better bet is laying the small number with the Angels but would def lean under. BOL with what u chose.
