Sorry I haven't been posting regularly. Been a crazy week and doesn't look like it will slow down for the next few days. Down a unit or two so far and will update the record during my shift tonight, as well as handicap tomorrow's card since I'll be away from the computer until the evening.

San Diego Padres +128
Pitchers: Lincecum/Stauffer

Stauffer looked awesome in spring ball and he's dominated the Giants a few times in recent years. Lincecum will pitch very well also, but this is a tossup game.

Yankees/Twins Over 10.5 -107
Pitchers: Garcia/Pavano

Pavano got rocked to start the year and he gives up lots of home runs. The Yankees and that tiny stadium are not going to treat him well. Garcia had an ERA near 5.00 in spring ball and didn't fare well against the Twins last year. This game should soar over the high total

Line changed. Actually got Over 10.5 +101. Nice!

Lean on Boston/Cleveland Under 9.5, but I just couldn't pull the trigger.

Reds/Astros Over 8.5 -110
Pitchers: Volquez/Figeuroa

I know the Astros can't hit shit right now but they should be able to put up some home runs against the current version of Volquez that is lacking velocity. Figeuroa is having a shitty spring and the Reds are mashing. Cincy might cover the total themselves.

Nationals/Marlins Under 9 -112
Pitchers: Livan/Volstad

Neither team can hit for shit and it's not going to help that the wind is blowing in pretty heavy in this pitcher's park. Livan isn't perfect but he gets outs and had success against the Marlins last year. Volstad had an iffy spring but I've always liked him and he has had a few dominant home starts against the Nats. It's not like Washington can hit right now anyway.

I would have been all over the Nats at the +136 opener, but the current line of +107 doesn't do anything for me.

That is the full card. Thought about playing the Brewers but who knows how Minor and Estrada will look. Good luck to everyone.

Shitty start to the season. I'll start handicapping tomorrow's card shortly. I get a great line on a play I like and it is rained out as well. Doh!
