yes. i have no idea how or if it could effect the plates of the earth. i was going to go with some other goofy theories , but i thought that one was good being they(japan) rely more on nuclear energy.

I actually had someone telling me the theory about how we 'draining the blood of the earth' made volcanoes go and earthquakes happen..............

Quite simply, they are in an extremely active geological area , there have been earthquakes and related events since forever, its very existence is due to extreme geological events , no volcanoes= no Japan, like Hawaii

they have 108 active volcanoes, hint: they had them before the nuclear plants
