I don’t remember the accident but they told me he tried to make a left and pushed my car over the curb and into the pole. His car was barely damaged. I never saw his face. I’m pretty sure he wasn’t from this country from what I recall the lawyer telling me. I never went to court to see. Was just happy to be alive and walking. God bless. Crazy thing was I had just dropped someone off at the gas station because their car was being serviced. The only intact seat was the driver, officer said any passengers might have ended up dying and hurting me in the process

The gas tank leaked everywhere too, they cut my battery as well.

Hopefully he can avoid serious infection from those compound fractures. I had a relative lose his leg after falling out of a deer stand because they couldn't get the infection under control. Had Alex Smith not been an NFL star and just your average joe he probably loses his leg as well.
