You don't need the dentist. Buy a mouthpiece from a sporting shop and mold it to sleep with in your mouth, or buy a Doctor's Night Guard at Walmart $20.00 and use it. Your dentist will rip u off.

I grind to and tried over the counter... not the same as a dentist one that snap fits perfectly... a WORLD of difference ill pay the 250$ for a professionally done one
