Other than the World Cup haven't done a lot of soccer - what the heck does that mean that you're gettin the Spurs +3775?????

After the first leg of the series (in Madrid), Tottenham was down 4-0 on the aggregate. To advance they either needed to either win 4-0 and then win the shootout or win outright 5-0. That is the reason for the high #.
