Harang has pitched very well this season but lets look @ it a little deeper. Both games were @ home, versus the Giants and Dodgers, neither is much of an offensive teams.

Padres lineup hasn't seen Happ much, very limited stats available which means they haven't seen much of him. He hasn't allowed a run in 10 career innings against the Padres..
Padres have a huge advantage with their bullpen, but if you bet first 5 innings that will offset.
