I just went to FTP and requested my balance. At first I tried the bankwire method and was denied due to third party processors so i tried a different option. That method worked.........so I thought and received the following email:

To make matters worse my username and password is no longer stored and my username and password no longer works. TROUBLE IN PARADISE!!

I was able to play last night. I then tried to withdraw my funds and got a pop up message saying that a secure connection to the server could not be established. I sent a email to support, (as was their instruction), and of course have not heard back except for the automated confirmation that they received a email from me.

This morning I tried to log on and got another "new software update to install", (I had one last night as well). but when I try to download it an error message comes up saying it can't be downloaded at this time and please try again later.

I lived through the netteller fiasco, pinnacle freeze out, and more recently matchbook's decision to not want our business. At least we got our money back from these other incidents. What's the odds we get our funds from FTP?
