I've found that following the official sites on Twitter is really, really the way to go. They get out the lineups really early and are always on the money. I'm not really sure how the other sites that people use are but the lineups are usually out five or so hours before the game starts so plenty of time to read into match-ups.

Mostly beat writers -- look for @CubsInsider or @CarrieMuskett for example. They are for the Cubs (obv) and are really, really quick with their line-ups.
